Welcome to our home

We fell in love with Menorca

We are Karine and Fabien, originally from Lyon, and for some twenty years we have lived in the south of France, near Toulon.

For years we swapped homes all over the world – Quebec, San Diego, Venice, Barcelona… so we know what makes the difference when you arrive at a holiday home.

Karine spent many years welcoming guests in four-star hotels, and Fabien built his career in customer relations. After a holiday in Menorca it was love at first sight, and the opportunity to buy a house here came along.

Karine is also an independent travel advisor: she founded Écrin & Voyages, specialising in tailor-made honeymoons and exceptional trips, where Fabien designs the online wedding gift lists.

Today we divide our year between the south of France and Menorca, to look after our guests at Villa Marbella. You can count on a warm welcome and a stay designed for your peace of mind.
