1. The property

Villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a private pool, in Son Parc, Menorca. Tourist licence ET 2671 ME. Maximum capacity: 9 people. This number may not be exceeded, including visitors, without our written agreement.

2. Booking

Bookings are made online on our secure booking page (Lodgify) or directly with us. A booking is confirmed once the first payment has been received, and a confirmation is sent to you by email.

The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old and be present during the stay.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros for the whole property and the chosen period. They include bed linen, bath and beach towels, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The Balearic Islands tourist tax (€2.20 per person per night) is not included in the price and is payable separately. Under Balearic regulations, children under 16 are exempt.

4. Payment

• 40% of the total when you book;
• 30% 30 days before arrival;
• the balance 7 days before arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the corresponding amounts are due immediately.

5. Cancellation

• Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: full refund of all payments.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. If we ever had to cancel your stay, all payments would be refunded in full.

6. Security deposit

Security deposit: €500, as a pre-authorisation on your card made the day before arrival and released after your departure if no damage is found. No amount is charged.

7. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 4 pm (until 10 pm). Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
• Check-out by 10 am. Please tell us your departure time so that we can be there.

Depending on our schedule we can sometimes be more flexible – just ask.

8. House rules

• Non-smoking property, including vaping and e-cigarettes.
• No parties or events, including stag and hen parties.
• Quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am, out of respect for the neighbours.
• Pets only with our prior agreement; a supplement may apply.
• Children are welcome. Travel cot and high chair available free of charge on request.
• Pool: private, unheated and unsupervised. A pool alarm is provided, but nothing replaces adult supervision: children must be watched at all times.

9. Before you leave

Please clean the barbecue, do the washing-up and let us know your departure time. And don’t forget to sign our guestbook!

10. Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We recommend checking that your home insurance covers your personal liability while on holiday.
