Good to know
What is the cancellation policy?
Payments are refunded in full if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival. After that, no refund is possible, so we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes: €500, as a pre-authorisation on your card made the day before arrival and released after your departure if no damage is found. No amount is charged.
Is the tourist tax included?
No: the Balearic Islands tourist tax (€2.20 per person per night) is not included in the price and is payable separately. Under Balearic regulations, children under 16 are exempt.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Depending on our schedule we can sometimes be more flexible – just ask!
Is linen provided?
Yes: bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Extra cleaning and laundry are available as options.
Do I need a car?
Yes, a car is essential to enjoy the beaches, villages and shops. We can arrange car hire and your airport transfer.
Are pets allowed?
Only by prior agreement: please contact us before booking.
